Your use of the chat rooms constitutes an agreement that you will not hold JJ's liable for anything said or done in the service to anyone at anytime, even when chatting is in progress. 

Use of the chat room signifies that you are in total agreement to the terms contained here within.

JJ's reserve the right to ban anyone from using the chat rooms at any time and for any reason they deem necessary to include, but not limited to:  

• Vulgarity, profanity, name calling, abusive, insulting, or derogatory language.
• Attacks on another chatter's religious beliefs, race, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender.
• Disruptive behavior of any kind including statements that pushes others to violate the rules.
• Any sexually-explicit chat or nicknames that would generally be considered offensive in a public place.
• Any form of solicitation of any kind at any time.
• Using this service for illegal use such as drug sales and/or trafficking, sales of stolen merchandise, planning of any illegal action and  any other illegal activity.
• Stalking a member.
